When I log into my Nitro Pro and go to Help > About Nitro Pro, it comes up with part of the serial number but not the entire sequence. Please can you help me with this. I sent your Nitro Pro 13 serial number via DM. Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial. Larry Thrall Posted May 30, 2022 Report Share Posted May 30, 2022 I bought a new computer and deactivated Nitro Pro on that computer. it would not show the entire serial #. i need to reactivate the software on my new computer but dont have access to the serial #? help! Why do you have erroneous instructions in your support FAQ?? https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/serial/000004475 is wrong. How do I get my serial number? I would like to upgrade but can't. I will only be able to locate your serial number if you purchased Nitro Pro from our website. If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account. 1. First and last name of purchaser 2.
