I need to deactivate my license so so I move software to new computer. However when I get the stop, i have to go to https://www.gonitro.com/deactivation to detactivate . I copied and pasted the pre-generated certificate number into the website. however, I message saying "invalid License code". Wouldn't this be akin to putting your SSN number for whole world to see it? We hide the serial number before we make the post visible to the public. In checking your serial number, I do not see an active activation that can be deactivated. Your license is currently showing a 0/2 activations. You can also check this using our license portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal This portal will help you deactivate an activation, helpful when the machine is no longer accessible for deactivation or there is an issue during the process of deactivation within the software. If you need to reinstall Nitro PDF Pro, I recommend to install the latest build. At the moment, the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 is 13.58.0.1180. The updated installer can be located from the following location:https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.
