Need account information from Nitro

Does anyone know if there is a way to get answers from Nitro about my account? I have tried everything but there seems to be no way to get a question to them. I tried the approach of asking to contact sales but apparently since my business address us @gmail they are not interested in talking to me and will not accept the support ticket. I have been successfully self-employed for over 30 years and my gmail email address is my business email and is the one I use for my Nitro registration. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello @Marc Cotnoir

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

Please let me know how we may help you.

Hi!

Two things - first, I would like to know if my current subscription to Nitro Pro includes Nitro sign. Is there a way to tell? Second, when I was trying to reach out to sales for information, your system would not even accept a ticket from me because of an invalid business email - specifically my gmail addressed. I have been successfully self employed for 34 years and have used gmail as my business email for as long as I remember. FWIW, it is very frustrating to be rejected because of my email address.

All of that said, Nitro Pro is a great product at a great price.

Hello Marc,

Thank you for your message! I apologize if you felt that way.

Nitro Sign and Nitro PDF Pro are separate programs. They have separate licensing and these licenses are paid for separately.

We have bundles available for these 2 programs and if you are looking to discuss some options for your business.

So that I can pass your request onto a member of our Sales team to discuss this further, can you please confirm the following for me? You may send these via direct message.

•    Your full name, email address and phone number
•    Would you be looking to deploy Nitro to each desktop or installing centrally on a server and having users access it from there? How many licenses are you planning to purchase?

Please come back to me with this and we'll take it from there.
