Moving away from Nitro Productivity Suite Enterprise to PDF Productivity

Hello,

We recently changed the plan we are using. Moved from a legacy version to PDF Productivity plan.  Now for some users they are unable to activate after new license is applied in the Admin Center. What needs to be done to activate the new license on their computers?
