Can't activate Nitro Pro 12 : Error -24

Hello, I have been trying to active my Nitro Pro 12 on a new computer but no way so far.

I have struggled a lot to deactivate the license on the old one (somehow it finally got deactivated).

On the new one it shows Error -24 after the process through your website deactivation page...and it shows a report saying there are 0 devices on which it has been deactivated...and 2 available...it makes no sense to me at all.

Could you please check whats wrong with my serial number?

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.

Updating made the trick. Once updated the product showed the license as Activated.
