I have struggled a lot to deactivate the license on the old one (somehow it finally got deactivated). On the new one it shows Error -24 after the process through your website deactivation page...and it shows a report saying there are 0 devices on which it has been deactivated...and 2 available...it makes no sense to me at all. We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
