I have purchased Nitro Pro 12 back in 2019 and was ever only installed on 1 desktop, now that desktop is no longer in my possession, I'd like to continue to use the software on my new laptop and it has been a painful experience after trying it many times since 3 weeks ago without success. 1. Tried to deactivate via the link https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal. And it does not work, as you click the Deactivate button, it prompts select the device to deactivate when there is nothing to choose from, and yes, I have tried this on 3 different browsers and 2 different computers, all have the same issue of nothing to select. Please provide us a real solution instead trying to convince Pro 13 for over a hundred dollars.
