I was under the impression we had purchased a package that included Nitro Sign, but today it is showing my "trial has ended" and my account is expired. Nitro Sign was upgraded to Nitro Sign Essentials and is currently free when purchasing Nitro Pro and now currently running as trial version to allow all users to send eSignature requests and we are planning to extend this promotion further out. For current features available with the free-bundled Nitro Sign Essentials, please refer to these article:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/cloud/000004914 At the moment, our product team have not determined an exact date of when the trial will end but we will send further communication through email with an update when one is available. With regard to your concern, we have made an adjustment on your account so please log out, close all your browsers, open a new browser and log in again.
