Nitro Sign Essentials Trial Expired

My Nitro Sign essentials free trial has expired without warning, and I want to subscribe to the paid plan (£7.99 per mth) to continue using it. However I keep going in circles where it keeps telling me to sign up for the free trial again. When I tried doing that I receive a notification that someone else is trying to sign in and request that I reset the password.

Nitro Sign was upgraded to Nitro Sign Essentials and is currently free when purchasing Nitro Pro and now currently running as trial version to allow all users to send eSignature requests and we are planning to extend this promotion further out.

At the moment, our product team have not determined an exact date of when the trial will end but we will send further communication through email with an update when one is available.

With regard to your concern, we have made an adjustment on your account so please log out, close all your browsers, open a new browser and log in again.
