Our clients are being required to have Nitro account to sign

Has there been a change in policy recently about now requiring clients to sign up so they can see the documents to be signed?  I've had 2 clients in the last 2 days tell me there is no way to download the pdf and view the contract without having to sign up.

 

Any way to prevent this in the future?  Last thing I want to have a prospective client worry about is jumping through hoops to do business with me.

I believe there has been no changes in our cloud server and recipients of documents that needs signing are still not required to create a Nitro Sign account.

Are they trying to download a copy of the signed document where the page is asking to create an account?

Thanks for the quick reply.  Apparently they were trying to download a copy of the contract first and that seems to require an account.  Guess the work around is to just have them hit the "ready to sign" button and just browse through the contract online without having to commit to singing.
