Does a license for PDFPenPro v13.1 entitle person to upgrade or update to the Nitro PDF Pro for free, or is a completely new purchase required?

Hello,

I also have an active license for PDFPenPro v13.1 and have used PDFPenPro through several versions and years.  This email chain suggests that there is an upgrade route at this time, I guess using the migration tool mentioned by others.  Could someone please clarify the following:

Is Nitro PDF Pro the same thing as PDFPenPro v13.2, or is it a different product?  (Note: I'm only interested in a product for MacOS).

Does a license for PDFPenPro v13.1 entitle person to upgrade or update to the Nitro PDF Pro for free, or is a completely new purchase required?

-The full name and address of the purchaser
-The email address used to purchase PDFpen Pro.
-A copy of the order invoice.
