Issues with crashing when trying to print

Any help available for Pro crashing when trying to print.  Also have error messages when opening sometime.  Have to log out and back in to remove the error message.

Are you getting the 'Error 401' message and is the program crashing when printing to a Kyocera printer?

If yes, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro program and it's exact build (format is 12.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 12.16.9.574)?

The serial number matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Hi.  

I am getting the 401 error message when I open Pro, but when trying to print and it crashed, there is no error message.

The serial number is:234600-xxyyzz-721872 - Pro 12.16.9.574
