new upgrade, old bug back again. "creating from outlook(2019 local) a PDF"

two versions of pdf pro had the problem that it did not created a PDF out of outlook.

The problem was that er was bug in that version,  upgrade to the latest version the problem is back.

I am using 2019 office pro, this is a standalone version.

I am probably upgrading to 2021 version (standalone), because Microsoft 365 does not have added value for me.

I can not send you a JPEG, this does allow it.

found something strange,  normal I can print to Nitro.  The nitro printer is a way,  deinstalled nitro and reinstalled no "PRINTER"

I have:

1) canon printer

2) Fax

3) Microsoft print to PDF

4) Microsoft XPS document writer

5)  one-note(Desktop)

6) Snagit

where i s the nitro printer (I did a de install en clean install of previous en current version no printer)

would be nice if it is possible can upload a picture not using a URL.

Please note, we do not fully support Windows 11 yet. Nitro can run to an extent, but there might be issues.

those spec's are mainly for enterprises en they are always years later.

At the moment it is for private user, almost impossible to buy a windows 10 machine, with that the upgrade already is installed or during the first patch day of Microsoft.

I was looking to buy a second license for mine laptop it looks like because it is windows 11, it will not work.

Please advice when you think that this problem will be solved.

Integration between any microsoft office or a simpel test.txt for creating a PDF does not work.

why is the new version telling I want to  leave, got a lifetime license.  thinking about a second license after it is ready for  window 11, until that time  I install each update.  So it should work as allways.

got an idea when there will be a nitro pro, with the right  "iManage Work Desktop" which works local under windows 11 pro (X64)  and office 2021(X64).

For combining pdf files and creating a PDF from office or out a text file this is for me the best product.

When is a version available for windows 11 pro and office 2021 certified to work local.  Somewhere in the upgrades from Microsoft the local drivers needed fro Nitro got lost.

A clean install does not repair the full function of Nitro.  beside the combine or working with a PDF any other option like making a simple pdf out of a basic text file created by notepad does not work.

You got a good product, now to  keep it working fro people like me that pay for legal version.

I tried https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/answers/Nitro Pro/000004086  during the installation  it came with the error "Installation of  printer driver failed"

The dir C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\13\imanage contains data

The dir C:\Users\firea\AppData\LocalLow\Nitro\Pro\13\PsDir is empty.

The dir C:\Users\firea\AppData\Roaming\Nitro\NitroPDF  is empty

C:\Users\firea\AppData\Roaming\Nitro\Pro\13    contains data

I can not find in the any log what the reasons is.

We are now one year and 4 months after windows 11 was published.   

We had now 2 updates where only for enterprises not for small firms with a limited amount of employees and no Microsoft 365, because it does add not any thing value on that level.

  I bought the product because of the great integration in office. 

Now with windows 11 pro, it can not create a pdf out of a simple text file.    

So when are you going to build a version that works on windows 11 standalone that is able to work with Micosoft 365 or a local installed 2019,2021 office or supply a patch package that makes product work like before windows 11.

I found an error in the installation. You think because I use windows 11 pro that I have an active directory and you do a call to an HTTP server.

1)  I use pro for the option bitlocker to go.  Home version does not have this.

2)  HTTP to your site Questionable, what are doing there.

3)  I am using office 2021 local, not microsoft 365
