NITRO License is active, but it says my trial expired

When I search my license it says it is active, but the app won't let me activate.  I have been using this for a few years with no problem...no all of a sudden???

 

 

HELP PLEASE!!!!!

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 504969-xxyyzz368654
