Comment "Bubbles" Appear In PDF Files When Nitro Edits a PDF Created from CAD

Whenever I edit a PDF that was created by CAD drafting team, comment bubbles appear throughout the document for those who view the edited PDF via Adobe.  The comment bubbles do not appear when viewing the PDF in Nitro.  This is happening with other people in my company.
