David Hall Posted June 13, 2022 Report Share Posted June 13, 2022 Hi I've just installed Nitro Pro and I am the Global Admin user for our setup. When I open Nitro, and attempt to login it accepts the login details, but locks the application. All clicks to the UI result in an Error tone. The only way to close the application is via Task Manager and I can see that an application called Nitro Slider is running (but inaccessible) in the background . Yes all our web traffic should go through a proxy, so either the login is trying to connect directly or it is going through the proxy and its being blocked for some reason.
