Unable to deactivate Nitro Pro license to move license to another computer

I am trying to move move my license from one computer to another. I am unable to deactivate my license. Using the deactivate option in "About Nitro Pro" menu returns a -25 error. Also, using the https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal  option returns a "Please select devices to deactivate." message. There doesn't seem to be a device to select, so I'm stuck. Thanks!

To better assist you with this activation issue, could you please provide the serial number that you would like to use to activate Nitro PDF Pro on the computer?

Hi Reymund,

You can close this request. I was told my version of Nitro Pro was end of life, so I purchased an upgrade. Thanks!
