-24 error & installer crashing

Hi,

I encountered several issues when trying two reactivate my old Nitro Pro 12 licence. The issues are as follows:

1. Finding an installer: I found one through a third party website, but there seems to be a server error (-24 error ?).

2. When use your installer, it crashes after the download when trying to execute the installer. I assume I need the direct installer/msi-file?

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide in this matter. I would really like to reclaim my licence.

To successfully activate using your existing license, please install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574. Here's the direct download link to the offline (MSI) installer:

64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi 
32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi

If nothing happens when you click the link, please copy the entire URL then paste it on the address bar of your web browser.

After the installation, you can activate by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate.
