Request for Serial Number

Hi there, I need to deactivate Nitro Pro on an old computer and install it on a new computer, however, I am unable to view the full serial number. Only the first 6 digits of the serial numbers are visible (504924) . Please can you assist? The version is13.33.2.645. Many thanks!

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

I sent your Nitro Pro 13 serial number via direct message.

You are using an older build of Nitro Pro 13. Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
