Victor Santos Posted June 20, 2022 Report Share Posted June 20, 2022 We are trying to move Nitro Pro from one computer to another. However, when you try to deactivate it, it gives an error. "-24 Activation Error Nitro encountered some issues while attempting to activate." When trying to create a support ticket, it doesn't allow us, and instead it redirects to https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal. Our serial says it has 0 activations, and 2 activations allowed, and when trying to deactivate it asks to select a device, but there isn't one to do so. Thanks and kind regards.
