-24 Activation error

We are trying to move Nitro Pro from one computer to another.  However, when you try to deactivate it, it gives an error.  "-24 Activation Error  Nitro encountered some issues while attempting to activate."

When trying to create a support ticket, it doesn't allow us, and instead it redirects to https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal

Our serial says it has 0 activations, and 2 activations allowed, and when trying to deactivate it asks to select a device, but there isn't one to do so.

Hello Victor,

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.

I'm still getting the same error, also the licencing portal is showing the same 0 activations

I have downloaded the latest version and am still getting this error. I also am unable to submit a support ticket - it just takes me around in circles.
