Hi Allain,

I am having a similar problem where I'm printing plans and some of the "layers" and "images" don't come out on the print, here are the details:
- Nitro Pro build - 13.58.0.1180
- Issue presents with multiple files
- I am printing to a physical printer - Canon iR-ADV C3530

When I open the same files in a browser and print all of the content comes out on the print.

Can you please advise?

Thank you.

Hello @Danielle Henderson,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Before printing your document, please select your 'Canon iR-ADV C3530', under Settings, could you please select 'Print all pages' and 'Print Markup'?

Did it help?

Hi Allain,

"Print Markup" is selected by Default and the documents I am testing are 1 page so "Print all pages" is also default.

I have done some more testing this morning, it seems to print all information when Black & White is selected however the "missing" data is when I print in colour.
Would you like me to send some files that are working and some that are not working so you can review?

Thanks!

Hello @Danielle Henderson,

Thank you for this information.

Have you tried printing to a different printer?

If one is unavailable, please save a copy of your document by going to File > Save As > Flattened PDF then try printing to your Canon iR-ADV C3530 in colour.

How did it go?

Good Morning @Allain Umailin,

I have tried another printer in our office (same model upstairs and downstairs) with no success.

A3 colour not working, A3 black and white working.

When saving as Flattened PDF, still not working with A3 colour.

Any more suggestions? We do have IT support that I can engage if not.

Thank you.
