I would like to know if you are still experiencing an issue activating Nitro PDF Pro. If so, would you be so kind to provide the complete build of your installation? You can see this information when you navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. Example format is Nitro Pro 13.x.x.x where x.x.x is the build.
