Multiple recipient Filling fields in specific order

I am looking to find how to set a template so that 4 users each have to fill in multiple fields and then sign their relevant sections, in a specific order.

 

eg. Recipient 1 has to fill in and sign section abc, recipient 2 fill in and sign section def etc.

I can see that you can add a 'custom' box to a field but it does not allow enough text, it does not contain the text within the box it reads off the field/page.
