-24: Activation Error

Dear sirs,

I require some assistance please.  I cannot reactivate my account because I get the above activation error, I understand that this is displayed because my serial number is an older version and I need to upgrade.  I have tried to follow the advice on how to find out which version of Nitro Pro is installed however when i sign into my account the menu bar with the option 'about Nitro Pro' is not displayed.  I urgently need to reactivate my account, therefore your assistance would be greatly appreciated.  FYI our serial number is 234600-xxyyzz-715694.

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number
