Renewal of Free Trial

I have been trying to get a single user licence for some time, but kept getting automated messages. I had a free trial but it has expired.  I need to get documents digitally signed today.  

Earlier this morning, I received an automated message stating that free trials had been extended as getting a single user licence was not possible.  When I asked somebody else in the chat, they were of no help at all and simply referred me here.  Could you please tell me how I can go about getting my free trial extended?  Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums and our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Nitro Sign was upgraded to Nitro Sign Essentials and is currently free when purchasing Nitro Pro and now currently running as trial version to allow all users to send eSignature requests and we are planning to extend this promotion further out.

At the moment, our product team have not determined an exact date of when the trial will end but we will send further communication through email with an update when one is available.

With regard to your concern, we have made an adjustment on your account so please log out, close all your browsers, open a new browser and log in again.
