Then it shows 2 licenses, then wants me to choose which laptop I am deactivating, but there is no way to choose which computer. Can you help? Edited July 12, 2022 by Reymund G. Please install Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 on your computer so you can successfully activate using your existing license. The installer for this specific build can be located from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. After the installation, go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then verify that it is on 12.16.9.574. Once confirmed, click the Activate button then enter your serial number.
