Richard Scarborough
Hello, we have about 15 users who all have Nitro PDF Pro licenses, and most of them frequently use the Nitro Sign feature to request signatures and what not, however, 1 of our users is getting and error saying she has an expired license whenever she tries to request signatures, even though she has an active Nitro PDF Pro license. Are these separate and do we need to have a PDF PRO license along with a Nitro sign license? None of our other users have encountered this issue and we just want to make sure we have the proper licenses. Version is Nitro PDF Pro 13, License number in question is 504908-xxyyzz-463513, user email is pxxxxk@jcmcpa.net Edited July 15, 2022 by Allain Umailin
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted July 15, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted July 15, 2022 Hello @Richard Scarborough, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! Nitro Sign was upgraded to Nitro Sign Essentials and is currently free when purchasing Nitro Pro and now currently running as trial version to allow all users to send eSignature requests and we are planning to extend this promotion further out. For current features available with the free-bundled Nitro Sign Essentials, please refer to this article:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/cloud/000004914 At the moment, our product team have not determined an exact date of when the trial will end but we will send further communication through email with an update when one is available. With regard to your concern, we have made an adjustment the affected account so please have your user log out, close all the browsers, open a new browser and log in again. Thank you for choosing Nitro and I hope this helps.
