Info about re-installation on a new computer

Good morning.

I have a Nitro Pro' s license (Nitro Productivity Suite) and I have changed my computer. I've uninstalled Nitro from the old computer and tried to reinstall it on the new computer, but the operation is impossible and I get a "-24: error of activation" ... what should I do?

I have not solved the problem with the ticket support online .

Please use our license portal to determine the version of your serial number. The link to the portal is https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal

If the version of your serial number is 12, please install Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 so you could successfully activate. The Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 installer can be located from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. 

If the version of your serial number is 13, install Nitro PDF Pro 13 by clicking the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' from the above link.
