ROBERTO COLZANI Posted July 19, 2022 Report Share Posted July 19, 2022 Good morning. I have a Nitro Pro' s license (Nitro Productivity Suite) and I have changed my computer. I've uninstalled Nitro from the old computer and tried to reinstall it on the new computer, but the operation is impossible and I get a "-24: error of activation" ... what should I do? The link to the portal is https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal If the version of your serial number is 12, please install Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 so you could successfully activate. The Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 installer can be located from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link.
