After that, please provide the version and build of your Nitro PDF Pro installation in this post. This can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

Does this issue happening to any of the PDF files you open in Nitro PDF Pro with a workflow of placing Stamps and Signatures?

If you have not tried repairing Nitro PDF Pro, please repair it through the Windows' Control Panel > Programs and Features.
After the repair, restart the machine then see if the issue persists when placing a Stamp or Signature.

Hi @Andrew Stratton

I also have the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 on my machine but I am not able to reproduce the issue about crashing when using Stamp and Esign. I made a screen recording so you could see the result.

I recommend to perform a clean uninstall using our cleanup tool then reinstall Nitro PDF Pro 13.67.0.45.
This cleanup tool will remove all traces of Nitro PDF Pro and the process is different compared to Windows uninstall. For your convenience, I have outlined the steps below:

1. Download Nitro cleanup tool from the link below:
https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.58.0.1180/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip

Since this tool will remove all traces of Nitro, that includes the customized stamps. If you have a customized stamps, please refer to the link below about how to transfer/backup stamps:
https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/stamp/000004307

2. Extract the cleanup utility then run the cleanup tool by double-clicking nitro-cleanup.vbs. Please be aware that a command window will appear during the cleanup process.
3. After the cleanup, restart the computer.
4. Install Nitro PDF Pro 13.67.0.45 using the MSI offline installer:

64bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.67.0.45/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi
32bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.67.0.45/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi

5. Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed, launch it. If it opens successfully, activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your serial number then click Activate.

After completing these steps, observe if the issue persists.
