Could you please confirm if you are getting the same error message (error code: 0x40000029) as described from the post you shared? If so, what is the version and build of your Nitro PDF Pro installation? You can see this information under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. The latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 is 13.67.0.45. If your installation is already on this build, would you be able to share a copy of the document so we can test and see if the error can be reproduced on our end. If your installation is not yet on the latest build, you can update by downloading the installer from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - please ensure to click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.
