Failed activation on new laptop

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

We have a license portal that can check the validity and status of the Nitro PDF Pro license. The link to the portal is https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal 
Once you are on that page, enter your serial number then click 'Find License'. This will give you the details of your license including the version. 

If the version is 12, you need to install Nitro PDF Pro 12. The installer can be located from the link below:
https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link.   

But if the version is 13, you need to install Nitro PDF Pro 13 by clicking the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' from the same link. 

If you encounter an issue with the installation or activation, please  provide the following:

1. The serial number you are using to activate the software.
2. Screenshot and description of the error message during installation or activation. 
3. The version and build of your Nitro PDF Pro installation. This can be located when you navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
