Upgrade from Nitro Pro 13.33.2.645 to Latest version. Error " Nitro Pro Setup Wizard Failed"

I was on V 13 and purchased VIP access 2/1/2021 as you had anticipated a V14 sometime in 2021.    No V 14 yet so today decided to update to the latest Nitro Pro 13 but when I tried to install it kept giving me the Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has Failed.   Any suggestions?  Thanks for your help.

Nitro PDF Pro 13 is still the latest version at this point and the latest build is 13.67.0.45. 
If you would like to update to this build, please try to use the offline MSI installer. Here's the direct download link:

64bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.67.0.45/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi 
32bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.67.0.45/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi

Simply run the MSI installer and it will install/update to Nitro PDF Pro 13.67.0.45.

This worked!  I think it was hanging up from an open file.  I rebooted and then it worked fine!  Thanks!
