Jan weir Posted August 23, 2022 Report Share Posted August 23, 2022 (edited) I have a MacBook pro, OS 11.6.8 I completed a free trial and it went well. I bought the software today, but I could not activate it. I spent over an hour with customer support but the website pictures they referred to me were not like the page I was getting. I did not get an activate option from the Help menu. A menu popped up giving me the option to register. I carefully put in the serial number both manually and by copying and pasting.
