Manual activation site points to a bad URL, all support ticket submission goes thru a "loop" making it impossible to submit a ticket. Chat bot does not work. There is no email to request support, only sales. I sent a message for help over a week ago and no one has gotten back to me. Been using the software for many years, I have replace my computer and the application is now worthless because it is impossible to activate. I understand that you are experiencing an issue activating Nitro PDF Pro using your existing license. Please ensure that you have the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 so could proceed with the activation. You can see this information under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If your installation is not on 12.16.9.574, please update to that build using the installer found from the link below:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. Once Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 is installed, activate it by navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate.
