PDFPro 12 to 13 Upgrade not working

Hi, when going to the outline process upgrade it doesn't work, I don't get the free or the $35 upgrade price as the web site says offered.

My licencse is: PPRO12_S_1_E285F99C-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-02B73E31

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

To upgrade:

1. Download version 13. Do so either by choosing "Check for Update…" from the PDFpen/PDFpenPro menu or downloading from the website.
2. Launch it. The app will notice your previous version. Click on "Buy an upgrade license" for upgrade pricing.
3. Go through the screens to purchase the upgrade to version 13.
4. Complete your purchase and version 13 will register with your new license. You will also receive an email of the new license for your records.

Hi Leslie,

I tried again this morning and it's still not working. It says that I have purchase PDF Pen Pro before 2001 and offer to upgrade but a full price, not the $35 published.
