Attempting to Install Nitro Pro 12.16.3.574 on Windows 11

Hello!

I am attempting to install and activate Nitro Pro 12.16.3.574 on Windows 11, but I continue to get some the same error message:

-24: Activation Error

Nitro Pro encountered some issues while attempting to activate. Please record the error code above and then contact support via the link below.

 

I clicked on the link and tried to contact support, but it keeps taking me to the "Activating Nitro Pro" page and it says my number of activations is "0" with number of activations allows as "2". Unfortunately I am unable to activate at this time. The serial I have is for Nitro Pro 12.

Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you for this information and to continue offering our customers the very best PDF tools, please install Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 using the below offline English MSI installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number
