User is listed below:


User can not log into their account or change their password.  The error code says their account has been locked. Can you unlock the account and send the client a reset password link?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

For your kind information, the message about the account being suspended normally happens if the user is trying to log in with an incorrect password 5 consecutive times.

The suspended account will automatically revert back to Active after a few hours, but it can be set to Active immediately by logging in to your Nitro Admin portal.

Looking at our cloud server, we can confirm that the above email address is now in an Active state and we have also executed a password reset.

Please have the check his/her Inbox and Spam/Junk folder as sometimes our emails go there.
