Trying to activate serial number on new laptop not working

I deactivated my activation on my old laptop.

When I enter the serial number on the new lap top it says serial number does not exist

I click on the activation link on the help page and it pulls the serial number up. Says that it is an active status, 0 activations, 2 allowed. 

I try to activate manually, when I copy the code into the activation web link to get the activation certificate it says "invalid license code".

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number
