Nitro Sign Stopped Certifying the PDFs and Sending the Final email with signed document

As of today, Nitro Sign stopped certifying the PDFs and sending the final email with signed document. When i am on the site, i can see that i can't modify the document because it is part of a signature workflow, but when i download the signed copy, i don't see the certification, and i can modify the document with Nitro PRO. Our subscription is Nitro Productivity Suite.

Kindly note we were informed that Nitro Sign should be up and running again by now.

Could you please check if you are still having issues with signed documents in Nitro Sign?

Hello Allain,

It was due to an outage on nitro sign side. Issue was resolved within 24 hours.  Our documents are certified again.
