No longer getting "Document Signed" Notification Emails

I am not getting notifications that documents have been signed.  Others in my organization have said the same thing.  We are still getting email notifications for "documents viewed" but it never lets us know when they have been signed.  I checked my settings and everything is still checked.  Anyone else experiencing this?  Thinking there may be a glitch in their software?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There should be no impact on Nitro PDF Pro (PDF), only Nitro Sign (eSigning).
