Carmela Cetkowski Posted October 11, 2022 Report Share Posted October 11, 2022 My Nitro crashes on both computers after I save a document. This is happening 100% of the time. The spinning "circle of death" appears and then after 5 or so minutes I get a message that Nitro is not responding and to close the program or wait for it to respond. We are very frustrated as we have been looking for a customer service number for help and submitted tickets with no response as of yet. Nitro was working fine now it just freezes. Please help us.
