Bought a new computer and cannot transfer Nitro

good day,

I have a new computer and have followed all instructions to transfer Nitro.  I deactivated the account with 2 more existing activations, however when entering the Serial Number it states it does not exist. Serial Number 234***-******-******

Please advice,

It seems that you have installed Nitro PDF Pro 13 and trying to activate it using a version 12 serial number. 
To resolve this issue, uninstall Nitro PDF Pro on your computer then install Nitro PDF Pro 12 using the installer from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. 

After the installation, launch the software then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the version and build is, click the Activate button then enter your serial number to activate the software.
