Really slow start-up from Windows Explorer in W10

When trying to open a PDF from File Explorer in Windows 10, Nitro takes between 7-15 seconds, it's as though there's a stall somewhere.  Needing help to ID a solution, because this is ruining my user experience.

Was there a solution for this? I have exact the same issue here with Nitro Pro 8.5.5.2. Once Nitro Pro is loaded everything is fine, it is just the first time loading off the application.
