Samantha Meyer Posted October 12, 2022 Report Share Posted October 12, 2022 I just received my new computer and am trying to deactivate from the old to activate on the new. I click the deactivate on the old and get an error message to submit a support ticket. When I go to submit the ticket, it asks for my serial number. I enter the information and it shows me that I have 0 activations and 2 activations allowed, but I get an error when I try to activate on the new computer, and the old computer still works.
