Activation on New Computer

I just received my new computer and am trying to deactivate from the old to activate on the new. I click the deactivate on the old and get an error message to submit a support ticket. When I go to submit the ticket, it asks for my serial number. I enter the information and it shows me that I have 0 activations and 2 activations allowed, but I get an error when I try to activate on the new computer, and the old computer still works. I cannot seem to find a way to get support on how to resolve this and would like to be contacted.

We want to make you aware of the change to your product that may affect its activation performance so please install Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 using the below offline English MSI installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 234600-xxyyzz-719112

Thank you Allain for the information, that did seem to fix the issue! I now have this program on my new computer. I am receiving an error message when I launch the program: "An error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists. (Error 401)." 

The program does launch when I click OK and it seems to work as it should, would you please let me know what I can do to correct this error code.

I am still looking for help with this error message I am getting. Anytime I do a quick print from another program, it also gives me the error and won't print unless I click ok. It is working, just more of a nuisance at this point. Is there anything I can do to clear that from happening?

To further assist you with this error, kindly open a browser, visit https://cloud.gonitro.com/, reset your password, open again Nitro Pro 12, click the 'Log in' link at the top-right, and enter your username and password to login into your Nitro Sign account.

Thank you for the quick response! I don't know why that worked, but it does seem to have fixed the error! Thank you again for the assistance and hopefully that will be it.
