Where do I find the .dll file to add Nitro Pro to the Outlook 2021 add in

Are you receiving an error message that is why you are looking for the .dll file for Nitro Outlook addin?

If yes, could you please provide the following in your next response?:

-What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.67.0.45) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features under the Version column. 

-Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Microsoft Updates)

-Is the error happening with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher?

Microsoft office 2021 Professional will not install the .dll files unless you are using the Microsoft exchange for emails. It just ignore the files. In Microsoft 2018 Professional, I did not have this problem. It installed the link and NitroPro 13 appeared in outlook, word and excel. 2016 does not have that problem either. Thanks for the help.
