Error message upon opening Nitro:

Every time I click to open the program I get this message: "An error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists. (error 401)"  I have upgraded Pro 12 and still get this error upon opening.   Any idea why?

Kindly open a browser, visit https://cloud.gonitro.com/, reset your password, open again Nitro Pro 12, click the 'Log in' link at the top-right, and enter your username and password to login into your Nitro Sign account.
