Naag Rao Posted October 17, 2022 Report Share Posted October 17, 2022 Hello, I believe I have a older version that I deactivated when my hard drive crashed. I've the account number, but for some reason it is not letting me reactivate. When I try, it says the account is valid & offer a tab to deactivate & suggests reactivating. But, when the deactivate button is pressed, it asks me for the 'device' information, but gives me no option at all. Please help! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
