Arthur Violango Posted October 18, 2022 Report Share Posted October 18, 2022 (edited) Dear Support team, I am a Nitro users and I am moving to a new laptop and we cannot retrieve the serial number as it is hidden when we check in the old laptop in the ABOUT NITRO PRO, its shows xxxxxx Our IT guy is no longer with us and we only have the invoice copy from Cleverbridge. How we can retrieve our serial number to have it activate to the new laptop Reference number - 7******* Invoice number - AKD-73********* Invoice date 03/05/2015 Nitro Pro v9 English Please assist.
