Free Trial says it expired after a day of use

hello, i signed up for the Free 14 day Trial on 10/17/2022 and this morning i noticed that its telling me that my trial expired. need help

@Allain Umailin you know this is my second day trying to ratify this issue, i have spent a lot of time trying to reach out to Nitro to get some help about this. all i wanted to do is to try the program out, my friend uses it and he likes chances are i would have too but i cant try it out. i signed up and downloaded the program on a physical computer, i signed in and the counter is showing 0 days and a red message telling me that the trial is expired. is there a phone number i call and have this resolved or at least a real time chat.
