User is unable to print fillable pdf forms

I have a user on Nitro 13 who cannot print fillable PDF forms from Nitro. The printer spits out an internal error code when she attempts to print these types of forms. Other users in the building can print just fine and are running older versions of Nitro (11/12). Please assist.

In order for me to further assist you, could you please provide me with the following?:

-Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro 13? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)?

-What build of Nitro Pro are your user is working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.67.0.45) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features under the Version column.

-The serial number entered to activate the program. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
