Grace Williams Posted October 22, 2022 Report Posted October 22, 2022 I am a single user. Trying to activate Nitro Pro on new computer. I deactivated on old computer, and it confirmed deactivation. I then enter my serial number on the trial version on the new computer. Serial number is entered and it not recognized. Then I proceed to find serial number and this is what I get: licenses.gonitro.com Please select devices to deactivate....Please help. Thank you!

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
