I deactivated on old computer, and it confirmed deactivation. I then enter my serial number on the trial version on the new computer. Serial number is entered and it not recognized. Then I proceed to find serial number and this is what I get: licenses.gonitro.com Please select devices to deactivate....Please help. Thank you!
